I’m a former startup executive with 20+ years in tech across product, operations, and organizational leadership in venture-backed companies across Europe and the US.I’ve led organizational restructures, helped companies extend runway and stabilize operations, built product development and operations teams, and was part of a leadership team that led a company through turnaround and acquisition.Today I work as a strategic partner and executive coach to startup leaders navigating scale, restructuring, leadership transitions, and high-stakes decision making.I don’t just coach leadership in theory. I help executives make decisions, align teams, and build companies that actually work.
